  • Can I edit my order after placing it?

    We begin preparing your flowers shortly after your order is placed to ensure freshness and timely delivery. As such, changes are generally not possible. However, if you reach out within 12 hours of ordering, we’ll do our best to accommodate—though we can’t guarantee it.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    All orders are final sale. Due to the nature of our DIY floral products—custom-prepped and perishable—we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your selections before checking out!

  • Can I customize a package for my event?

    Yes! We offer custom DIY packages for weddings, baby showers, and other special events. Get in touch through our contact page to start planning your blooms.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the flowers?

    We take great pride in sourcing high-quality blooms. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Please note this does not apply to dissatisfaction based on taste, preference, or DIY skill level.

    Our discounted flowers are offered at a special price because they are nearing the end of their freshness window — perfect for last-minute events, styling practice, or creative play.

    Due to their nature, all discounted flower sales are final.
    We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items.

    Please only purchase if you're comfortable with the shorter vase life — and enjoy the creativity that comes with it!

  • How should I prepare for my DIY package?

    Each DIY package includes fresh flowers and greenery only, thoughtfully curated with a mix of focal flowers, supporting blooms, fillers, and greenery—making it beginner-friendly and easy to design with.

    To get the most out of your floral experience, we recommend having a few essentials ready:

    Clean workspace with access to water

    Sharp floral shears for trimming stems

    Optional tools like floral foam, floral tape, gloves, aprons, water buckets, or vases depending on your project

    Need tools? You can easily add floral shears, foam, or tape to your package when checking out!

  • How far in advance should I place my order?

    We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred floral selection — especially since some blooms are flown in internationally and may have limited availability.

    Our cut-off time is 2 weeks prior to your desired delivery date.

    To thank our early planners, we offer a 10% discount for orders placed 4 weeks in advance!

    Planning ahead not only ensures the best variety but also gives you time to prepare for your DIY floral moment stress-free.

  • What’s the difference between the Standard Bloom Package and the Deluxe Bloom Package? (Wedding Version)

    Both packages are thoughtfully curated to make your floral arranging fun and beautiful — just choose the size that suits your event needs and do it yourself!

    Standard Bloom Package
    Perfect for small gatherings or intimate weddings, this package includes enough flowers to create the following:
    Ceremony Flowers
    6–8 small aisle decoration arrangements
    6–8 small cones of petals for a romantic petal toss
    1–2 unity table arrangements
    Personal Flowers
    1 bride’s bouquet
    4–6 corsages
    4–6 boutonnieres
    1 toss bouquet (for bouquet toss)
    Reception Flowers
    1 cocktail table arrangement
    1 reception or sweetheart table arrangement
    6–8 guest table centerpieces

    Both packages are curated for you to do it yourself — whether you're styling a birthday, baby shower, corporate event, or celebration. You’ll receive a balanced mix of focal flowers, supporting flowers, fillers, and greenery, giving you everything you need to make your own beautiful floral arrangements!

    Standard Bloom Package
    Perfect for small to mid-size events, this DIY package includes enough fresh flowers for you to create:
    10-12 table centerpieces
    1 welcome or sign-in table arrangement
    1–2 accent arrangements (e.g., bar, gift table, dessert station)

    Plus extra stems to play with — great for bud vases or last-minute touches

    Deluxe Bloom Package
    Ideal for larger events or when you want fuller, more eye-catching arrangements. This DIY package includes everything in the Standard Package, plus extra blooms so you can design:
    more or larger centerpieces
    statement arrangements for entryways, stages, or focal tables
    garlands, backdrops, or photo area florals

    Greater volume and variety to play with across your venue

    It’s perfect if you want to go big and hands-on with your event florals and make it your own.

  • Do you offer pickup or delivery?

    Yes! We currently serve customers within the Greater Vancouver Area only.

    Pickup: Available in Vancouver — we’ll provide the pickup address and details once your order is confirmed.

    Delivery: A local delivery fee may apply based on your location.

    We’ll coordinate with you to ensure your blooms arrive fresh and on time!
